Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to day-to-day operations, including clerical tasks, communication management, executive administrative assistance, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, schedules, and office processes effectively
  • Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Phone Etiquette for clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience in the clinical or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
