Job Responsibilities:
1. General Administrative Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and parcels.
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Perform basic filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
2. Administrative Team Support
- Provide general support to the Administration team on daily operational matters.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the supervisor or management.
3. Pantry & Beverage Services
- Prepare and serve beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, water) for management, staff, and guests as required.
- Ensure pantry cleanliness and maintain an adequate inventory of beverages, utensils, and related supplies.
- Uphold hygiene standards in the pantry area at all times.
4. Meeting & Event Support
- Assist in setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and preparing refreshments.
- Support internal meetings and company events by coordinating dining and hospitality arrangements.
5. Catering & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with caterers, event organizers, and suppliers for food and beverage services.
- Recommend suitable menus and vendors based on event needs and budget.
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely delivery.
6. Cleaning Oversight
- Supervise office cleanliness by checking cleaner schedules and ensuring duties are completed.
- Report and follow up on any cleanliness or facility-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to understand Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness.
- Willing to perform tea lady duties as part of the role.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and service-oriented.
