Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, schedules, and office processes effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Phone Etiquette for clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritizing tasks
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in the clinical or healthcare industry is preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
