Administrative Assistant (Office-Admin/Clerical)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Temporary Sales Support Assistant to enable and support our Sales organization in achieving company goals for a limited duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining sales operations, managing reports, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Management:
• Retrieve and update the Daily/Monthly Shipment report and tracker, ensuring accurate distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Sales Operations Support:
• Assist the Sales Operations Support team by compiling sales promotion materials, updating initiative tracking, and retrieving necessary images and data.
• Compliance Monitoring:
• Distribute and update compliance status reports (IR report) to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
