Job Description

  • Assist to prepare request form.
  • Prepare and send quotation to customer.
  • Follow up quotation & Purchase Order from customer.
  • Provide administration support to Key Account Manager.
  • Coordinate for delivery arrangement.
  • Prepare monthly report.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Minimum STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in Administration or relevant field
  • Experience is administration or sales support is an added advantage
  • Able to communicate & write in English and Malay. Priority will be given to Mandarin proficiency.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
