Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Shah Alam, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Administrative Assistant will support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing communication with clients, coordinating meetings, and handling clerical responsibilities. The role includes maintaining organized records, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to maintain organized systems and effective office operations
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Personnel Assistance for supporting leadership tasks and managing schedules effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
- Familiarity with office software and tools, including spreadsheets and word processors
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- A diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred
