About The Role:

Asia Cargo Network is seeking for Admin Executive to support our day-to-day office operations and administrative functions across our offices in Malaysia. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is organized, reliable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Facilities Management

  • Support day-to-day office management for our operational offices and HQ.
  • Oversee office facilities including utilities, printers, laptops, pantry supplies, cleanliness, and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers.
  • Safekeep and ensure all office assets are properly maintained and tracked.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, inventories, and administrative records.

Staff Travel Coordination

  • Coordinate and organize corporate travel arrangements for ACN Malaysia staff.
  • Arrange flights, accommodation, and ground transportation as required.
  • Ensure travel documentation and records are properly prepared and maintained.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and internal departments.
  • Handle correspondence, basic office enquiries, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in handling administrative aspects of claims matters.
  • Verify supporting documents related to claims submissions and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain proper records and tracking of claims cases.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of administrative experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
