The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
This role involves handling documentation, coordinating office activities, supporting management, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, manage, and organize correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR in onboarding new staff, maintaining attendance records, and leave applications.
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Liaise with finance for billing, payment follow-ups, and record keeping.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and data entry tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in administrative or executive roles will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
