- We're now looking for a hands-on, dynamic Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and grow the brand's performance.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the outlet (car wash, tint, service, accessories, etc.)
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure top-quality service delivery
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Prepare daily sales reports, staff schedules, and operational updates
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep at all times
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns with HQ
- Drive staff training, performance, and discipline
