Working location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm (Lunch hour: 12.00-1.30pm)
Job Description:
- Manage and in-charge of office operations to ensure smooth daily functions
- In-charge the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Process purchase orders through the company's system, ensuring compliance with policies
- In-charge the management of employee hostels, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, utility usage, and expenses
- Assist in room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for hostel residents
- Liaising with the HQ in China
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Diploma holders with significant experience may also be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Preferred candidates able to read and write Mandarin language skills as required to do monthly report to HQ in China.
