Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Intern position based in Puchong. The selected candidate will assist in a variety of administrative tasks, including managing official documentation, supporting the organization of training sessions, providing customer service support, and maintaining accurate records. The intern will also have the opportunity to assist in operational processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational capabilities
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and operational efficiency
  • Basic understanding of finance-related tasks, particularly within a training or corporate setting
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field
