Allowance: RM 500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales documents (quotations, invoices, delivery orders).
- Support sales team with follow-up through phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, principals, and clients.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing SPM / DIPLOMA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to commit to a minimum of [36 months internship].
