Job Description

Allowance: RM 500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining sales documents (quotations, invoices, delivery orders).
  • Support sales team with follow-up through phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers, principals, and clients.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing SPM / DIPLOMA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of [36 months internship].
