Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, access cards, maintenance, and liaise with building management, landlords, and vendors.
- Handle office purchasing, vendor sourcing, quotations, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Manage pantry supplies, office consumables, and common areas.
- Maintain records of office inventory, assets, and equipment.
- Assist with basic accounts administration including invoices, expenses, petty cash, and claims.
- Provide marketing administrative support such as preparing materials, coordinating vendors, and supporting campaigns.
- Support HR administration including onboarding, staff records, leave tracking, and recruitment coordination.
- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to management and teams.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Chinese.
- Experience in administration is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
