Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, facilities, access cards, maintenance, and liaise with building management, landlords, and vendors.
  • Handle office purchasing, vendor sourcing, quotations, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Manage pantry supplies, office consumables, and common areas.
  • Maintain records of office inventory, assets, and equipment.
  • Assist with basic accounts administration including invoices, expenses, petty cash, and claims.
  • Provide marketing administrative support such as preparing materials, coordinating vendors, and supporting campaigns.
  • Support HR administration including onboarding, staff records, leave tracking, and recruitment coordination.
  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to management and teams.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Chinese.
  • Experience in administration is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
