Summary of the role:

You'll provide frontline administrative and compliance support for production operations, ensuring accurate shopfloor records, workforce tracking, GMP documentation, and smooth daily coordination to support safety, quality, and operational execution.

What you'll be doing:

• Record control & verification: consolidate daily production forms, verify data submitted by Shift Leads, flag missing/incorrect records, and support document control processes.
• Workforce admin & rostering: manage operator attendance, hours, overtime updates, weekly rosters, and contract worker accrual updates for Finance.
• Safety, quality & GMP support: maintain UCUA feedback records, track PPE distribution, support GMP audits, and execute tasks aligned with food safety and quality procedures.
• Operational admin support: coordinate OJT follow-through for new shopfloor staff, support stock counts, shop packet posting, and assist safety/quality programs and CI initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
