Administrator (Renewals)

We are currently looking for an Administrator (Renewals) to join the Spruson & Ferguson team in our Malaysia Office with the main focus of the role covering the following:

• Monitor renewal deadlines and send timely reminders to clients
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process renewal instructions in accordance with country-specific requirements
• Communicate renewal related official notifications to clients
• Prepare and send invoices to clients for services rendered
• Update client information and related correspondence in the practice management system
• Monitor outstanding work-in-progress items, daily/weekly reports and critical deadlines
• Dispatch original documents and certificates to designated recipients
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Preferably 2 - 5 years work experience in administrative roles. Experience in an IP firm dealing with patents and trademarks would be advantageous but not essential.
• Good time management and good organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible.
• As this role may at times work closely with our team in China/Hong Kong the ability to communicate fluently in English (both written & spoken) and Mandarin/ Cantonese is required.
