Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
  • To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
  • To manage document control such as filing, scanning, and general paperwork.
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
