Responsibilities
What can you expect Depending on your placement (Graduate Associate or Technical Assistant), you will gain exposure to both analytical and administrative aspects of restructuring engagements. As a Corporate Restructuring Associate (Graduate Role) You will support restructuring projects by: . Working as part of engagement teams to deliver restructuring and turnaround assignments. . Supporting Managers and Directors in achieving project KPIs and milestones. . Conducting financial analysis, data compilation, research, and preparation of presentations. . Assisting with development of restructuring proposals, reports, and client deliverables. . Gaining hands-on experience across debt restructuring, corporate recovery, and portfolio advisory work. As a Corporate Restructuring Technical Assistant (TA) You will support operations and case management by: . Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation processing, and payment or receipt handling. . Managing banking-related matters and maintaining accurate records. . Handling document preparation, archiving, delivery and internal circulation. . Serving as a liaison between departments, team members, and external stakeholders. . Ensuring efficient daily operations to support restructuring teams and case managers. Requirements
Who We're Looking For: Corporate Restructuring Associate (Graduate Role) . Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields. . Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience. . It is advantageous to have some exposure to debt restructuring, insolvency, or corporate recovery. . Strong numerical, analytical, report-writing and presentation skills. . Good command of English (written and spoken). . A strong team player with proactive initiative and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and handle assignments professionally. Corporate Restructuring Technical Assistant (TA) . Diploma or LCCI qualification or equivalent. . Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or finance support roles is an advantage. . Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills. . Ability to work independently, with initiative and strong attention to detail. . Team player with good interpersonal skills.
