Responsibilities
What can you expect As part of the Financial Management team, you will support the delivery of advisory engagements and contribute to shaping impactful client outcomes. You can expect to: . Support the execution of advisory engagements, including business process analysis and current state assessments . Assist in future state process design, finance TOM development, and transformation initiatives . Conduct data analysis and business case evaluations to support decision making . Provide recommendations on process improvements, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation . Participate in validation and verification exercises . Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business development materials . Support Managers and Directors in delivering Financial Advisory Services assignments How will you make your mark You will make a meaningful impact by: . Requirements
Who We're Looking For We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about finance transformation and consulting. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines . Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, or equivalent are an added advantage . Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant finance or business industry experience will also be considered . 1-3 years of experience for Senior Associate roles or 4-6 years of experience for Assistant Manager roles . Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including Macros), and Word . Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage . Excellent communication and writing skills . Energetic, analytical, hardworking, and eager to learn .
