AEM Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced AEM Development Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing scalable AEM solutions, leading development teams, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AEM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AEM development teams.
• Develop and customize AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
• Work extensively with AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRX/DE, and Dispatcher.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable AEM architectures.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development and coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, scalability, and production support.
• Support AEM deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong AEM expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, CRX/DE, HTL (Sightly), and Maven.
• Experience developing Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Services, Servlets, and OSGi configurations.
• Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher, caching, performance, security, and scalability.
• Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
• Experience with AEM migrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Prior experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
