- Drive the growth of Affiliate marketing in Shopee, focusing on Creator growth
- Develop and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns (TikTok, YouTube, IG and X) focused on maximizing affiliate traffic volume
- Define, implement and execute affiliate growth projects for the Shopee's KOL Affiliates
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and understanding of the KOL landscape, performance trend, set targets and plan effective solutions and strategies for program growth
- Utilize various data pools and metrics in daily operations to create dashboard and provide insights and performance reporting of projects to facilitate decision making
- Responsible for monitoring and driving project KPIs to targets
- Coordinate and roll-out project with key stakeholders, not limited to KOL Core Team, KOL Lead KAM, KOL KAM, and cross-team stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of overall business strategy and long-term goals
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
Requirements:
- +2 years of work experience, a plus if worked in project management role prior
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, see through implementation of the initiative, as well as assess initiative effectiveness
- Logical thinking and able to work in a fast-pace working environment under tight deadline
- Solid knowledge and understanding of affiliate program and product management is a plus
- Excellence in using Microsoft Office Excel / Google Sheet
- Have creative thinking with strong analytical skills and problem-solving
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
