Job Description:

As the Lead for Affiliate Marketing, you will drive the strategic growth of Shopee's Affiliate Marketing program across key markets. This includes managing end-to-end partner relationships, optimizing performance through data-driven strategies, and ensuring alignment with Shopee's broader marketing and commercial goals. You will lead a team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance campaign impact, build high-performing affiliate networks, and stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for Shopee's Affiliate Marketing program, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with Shopee's commercial objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Marketing Specialists, overseeing performance, setting goals, and developing team capabilities in partnership management and campaign execution.
  • Affiliate Network Growth: Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential Affiliates, creators, and partners. Deepen relationships to improve loyalty, performance, and long-term retention.
  • Campaign Ownership: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Affiliate campaigns across multiple platforms and categories, collaborating closely with regional and local marketing teams.
  • Performance & Insights: Leverage data analytics and performance dashboards to optimize ROI, improve conversion rates, and make data-backed decisions to drive results.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a key liaison between marketing, analytics, product, operations, and category teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry developments, competitor programs, and emerging content formats to drive innovation in Shopee's affiliate strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer/KOL Management, or Digital Campaigns, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or strategy role.
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling affiliate or influencer programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and performance tools to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple stakeholders across markets is a plus.
