We are looking for a mid to senior-level Affiliate Manager to drive growth and manage affiliate partnerships across the Malaysia and Singapore markets.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong regional knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to scale affiliate performance. You will take ownership of building partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and delivering consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Affiliate Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, acquire, and onboard high-quality affiliates within Malaysia and Singapore
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and key traffic sources
• Negotiate commercial terms including CPA, CPL, hybrid deals, and revenue share agreements

Performance Management & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI, and revenue
• Optimize affiliate performance through data-driven strategies and continuous testing
• Identify and evaluate new traffic channels and partnership opportunities

Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop and execute localized affiliate strategies for the Malaysia and Singapore markets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance and user funnels
• Ensure all affiliate activities align with compliance standards and brand guidelines

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager (mid-level) or 3–5+ years (senior level), preferably in iGaming or other performance-driven industries (e.g., fintech, e-commerce)
• Proven track record managing affiliates in the Malaysia and/or Singapore markets
• Strong network within the regional affiliate ecosystem is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of tracking platforms, affiliate systems, and performance analytics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, independent, and performance-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
