Job Description

ZALORA is looking for a Senior Executive, Affiliate Marketing to scale our affiliate and partner ecosystem across South-East Asia. You will execute and optimise the regional affiliate strategy, drive commercial KPIs (revenue, ROAS, new customers), and build highimpact partnerships that amplify our brand and assortment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute the affiliate strategy: Support the Affiliate team in shaping the regional affiliate roadmap and localising initiatives for market relevance and growth.
  • Performance analytics: Set goals and targets, track and analyse performance across affiliate and influencer partners, deliver clear insights and recommendations, and evolve KPIs/measurement frameworks.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration: Align plans with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand/Creative teams to ensure 360 campaign execution.
  • Commercial negotiations: Lead commercial discussions and contracts with affiliate networks, platforms and key partners; secure favourable terms.
  • Partner management: Own daytoday relationships with networks, agencies and direct partnerscadenced reviews, campaign briefs, performance reporting and pipeline management.
  • Market and competitor insights: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; surface opportunities and risks to relevant teams.
  • Innovation and growth: Propose and test new partnership models, placements and incentives to drive fullprice customer growth, sales and brand reach.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years affiliate marketing experience in online retail/ecommerce/affiliate networks or at an affiliate agency.
  • Handson experience with Rakuten or leading affiliate networks/platforms.
  • Proven commercial ownership in fastpaced retail environments with a focus on ROAS and quality new customer acquisition.
  • Selfstarter, organised and resilient; comfortable operating in a dynamic, highgrowth environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative, strategic thinker who shares knowledge and champions testandlearn.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Passion for fashion ecommerce and the ZALORA brand.
