Job Description:

Design, plan and execute programs to drive topline results for all segments of Affiliates.
Forecast and analyze cost-benefit by independently preparing data inputs, assumptions and scenario summaries.
Lead discussions and tracking of programs to ensure campaign objectives are met, and aligned with business goals and team KPIs.
Coordinate with working teams and platform partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives.
Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor performance and costs.
Compile and analyze performance data to generate insights and recommendations for program and process improvements.
Track spending, maximize cost efficiency, consistently review and defend ROI..

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with coursework that significantly builds critical thinking skills.
Outstanding analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to structure, dissect and identify complex / ambiguous problems.
Has successfully managed multi-stakeholder campaigns / initiatives.
Team player who strives to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Consistently display a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and desire to proactively increase impact.
Thrive in an extremely fast paced, dynamic and competitive environment.
Excellent command of English, ability to write and present succinctly.
