Agency Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a nationwide agency growth strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build, scale, and strengthen the agency network to achieve sustainable sales growth.
- Work closely with agency leaders to set performance goals, growth plans, and market expansion strategies.
- Monitor agency performance against monthly and quarterly targets, providing strategic guidance to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, refine agency propositions, and enhance market positioning.
- Plan, execute, and support agency-led initiatives including sales campaigns, promotions, agency engagement events, roadshows, exhibitions, and on-ground activations.
Agency Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead nationwide recruitment of agency leaders and agents by developing strong talent pipelines through job platforms, community engagement, referrals, and social media channels.
- Partner with agency leaders to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential agents.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding journey through structured induction, certification, and training programs to enable fast ramp-up and productivity.
Agency Training & Capability Development
- Design and implement structured training programs covering product knowledge, sales competencies, leadership skills, and agency management best practices.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to agency leaders to strengthen leadership capability and agency sustainability.
- Establish recognition, incentive, and reward frameworks to drive motivation, engagement, and long-term retention within the agency network.
Performance Management, Administration & Reporting
- Track agency growth metrics including recruitment progress, agency leader effectiveness, productivity ratios, and overall sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on agency development progress, sales outcomes, market insights, and forward planning.
- Ensure agencies operate in compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and relevant regulatory requirements.
