Bigo Live MY - Agency Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms;

Responsible for collecting and processing the needs from agencies, answering their daily questions, adjusting the operation strategy and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation;

Responsible for analyzing the weekly or monthly data of agencies and help to improve the activation and loyalty of agencies;

Grasp and understand the latest industry trends, establish a feedback channel between agencies and the platform on competitor applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required

3 years+ related experience at the internet companies is a plus;

Have a good command of MS Office;

Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Presentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving Skills

Fast learner and passion for internet industry.
