About The Role

  • Assist with Regional and companys function.
  • Preparing report for agencies.
  • Assist agencies for follow up on operational matters.
  • Look after agencies offices related matter.
  • Keep track of departmental budgets.
  • To assist Agency Executive team in preparing sales meeting report, agency planning and review materials, keeping track on the sales activities to ensure timely delivery of information and for easy retrieval of data.
  • Assist Agency Executive office and normal BAU on office up keep matters in agencies offices.
  • Disbursement of corporate items to business associates and maintain accurate records.
  • Drafting and issuing of regional memo to agency force
  • Ability to understand business needs and generate reports for regional use.
  • Handle contest and incentives reward and remuneration documentation and progress report tracking.
  • Agency events reservation, attendance and minutes taking.
  • Logistic arrangement for regional staff.
  • Regional budget tracking and monitoring.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of working experience in an administrative function.
  • Certifications/ licenses LOMA Course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.
