Agent Executive

This is a full-time on-site position for an Agent Executive, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage client relationships, implement sales strategies, and support business development activities. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, helping maintain customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth of the organization and develop professionally within a dynamic industry.

• Customer relationship management skills, including client interaction and the ability to provide exceptional service and care
• Proficiency in sales strategy and business development, with a focus on achieving targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial solutions
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Team-oriented with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent qualifications
