Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager with 8+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to lead complex projects, multiple Agile teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in project management, particularly Waterfall methodology;
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, including 2+ years in a senior Scrum Master role;
• Strong experience managing multiple Agile teams, complex projects, and Agile transformation initiatives;
• Professional Project Management and Agile/Scrum certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, A-CSM, or equivalent;
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Jira Plans, Jira Dashboards, and other Agile project tracking tools;
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and cross-functional team management skills;
• Strong understanding of Agile engineering best practices and the ability to drive delivery across technical teams.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with Power BI and/or AI-based tools for project reporting, analytics, and productivity enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Agile teams, ensuring effective Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement;
• Manage end-to-end technology projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile engineering best practices across teams;
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and project priorities;
• Monitor project progress through Jira dashboards and other reporting tools, providing clear status updates and delivery insights;
• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Scrum Masters and cross-functional project teams;
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
