Overall responsibility for sales and operations of company
Construction project/contract management experience. Able to handle legal and contractual matters.
Project/building material sales experience.
Hands on approach to site and project management.
Willing to work with a lean and small sales and installation team of less than four people.
Detail and effective working style.
Effective and committed manager with good integrity.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor&aposs Degree / Master&aposs Degree in Business Administration / Management, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in building material / construction field.
Highly analytical, ability to multi-task and with strong organization and leadership skills.
Understanding of processes required for developing and monitoring strategic plans.
Possess high level of independence, integrity, self-motivation, result oriented and the drive to excel.
Superior leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (will be added advantage).
Preferably candidate who has experience in site management.
