Job Description:
As part of this role, you will drive initiatives focusing on growth, expansion, and building new capabilities while aligning with the organization's strategic priorities. Your role will encompass:
- Identify automation and AI opportunities across Operations functions (CS, Logistics, Fraud, Listings, etc.) through process discovery and stakeholder interviews
- Build end-to-end automation pipelines in Python - from data extraction and transformation to reporting and alerts - replacing manual operational workflows
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions - including LLM-based workflows, classification models, and intelligent alerting - to improve operational KPIs
- Manage AI and automation projects end-to-end - from scoping and prioritization through to delivery and stakeholder sign-off - ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively tracked
- Build and maintain data pipelines that feed operational dashboards and AI models
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance fluctuations, augmented by AI tooling
- Collaborate with ops leads to define success metrics and track solution impact
- Document workflows, prompt logic, and system designs for knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, automation engineering, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates with strong technical skills and a demonstrated interest in AI and automation
- Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, requests, scripting) and SQL
- Proven ability to build production-grade automation pipelines in Python - including API integrations, scheduled jobs, and data processing workflows
- Demonstrated project management skills - able to independently scope, plan, and deliver technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflow tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain)
- Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into structured technical solutions
- Strong communication skills - comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace operations is a plus
