Job Description

The role will contribute to developing intelligent dashboards, AI-powered chatbots, and exploring the Agentic AI and working with modern cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Job Summary

As an AI & Analytics Protege, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Dashboard Development:
  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of interactive data dashboards using Google visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio) to present key business insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visual representations.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for dashboard integration.

2.AI Chatbot Development:

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of AI-powered chatbots using GCP services such as Dialogflow, Vertex AI, Firestore or other relevant platforms.
  • Involve in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve chatbot relevance using enterprise documents.
  • Participate in testing and refining chatbot performance to ensure accuracy and user satisfaction.

3.Agentic AI Exploration:

  • Research and explore the concepts and applications of Agentic AI, focusing on how it can be implemented using GCP tools and services (e.g., Vertex AI Agents, custom models).
  • Assist in prototyping and experimenting with Agentic AI solutions for specific use cases, such as automated decision-making or complex task execution using Agentspace.
  • Document findings, methodologies, and potential applications of Agentic AI within the team.

4.Cloud Technologies Exposure:

  • Learn and apply GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow for AI and analytics pipelines.
  • Monitor resource usage and collaborate with the team to optimize costs and performance.

5.Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, processes, and project progress.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes and findings.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a

related field.

2.Basic knowledge of computer applications, databases, and office productivity tools (Google

Workspace)

3.Comfortable handling data entry, reporting, and record management

4.Good written and verbal communication skills

5.Willingness to learn internal systems, customer processes, and administrative workflows

6.Interest in eLearning platforms or digital systems is an advantage

7.Able to start IMMEDIATELY

8.Fresh grads are welcome to apply
