Responsibilities
- Responsibilities for IT infrastructure (computer hardware, network & Data Center) of the company and related operations covering both technical areas and end user support.
- Provide technical & end user support in the corporate office, offering hands-on assistance and guidance to the support team in other subsidiaries.
- Monitoring and provide operational support for LAN, WAN, and internet services of the company.
- Perform administration, monitoring, maintenance and operational support for servers and network facilities in the Data Center.
- Support service availability, system security, preventive maintenance, and service recovery for servers and infrastructure in the Data Center and other IT equipment within the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for solution sourcing, technical planning, implementation, and resolution of support tickets or technical issues in the hardware infrastructure domain.
- Execute internal projects to assess, build, improve and optimize IT infrastructure across all technical sites and the Data Center.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus, but not a requirement for this position.
- Technical knowledge in Windows environments (OS, server, AD, Exchange, etc.), networking, backup, storage, database, Data Center facilities, or cloud technology is required.
- Must be willing to work in Puchong, Cyberjaya.
