Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and define use cases for AI solutions (e.g. chatbots, document intelligence, NLP models, automation tools).
  • Analyze current workflows and systems to determine where AI can enhance productivity, accuracy, or decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into clear AI solution requirements, including data needs, integration points, and functional expectations.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories (ADO) and AI use case definitions.

REQUIREMENT:


  • Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field. Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks or low-code AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Automate AI Builder, LangChain, etc.).
  • Experience with document automation, intelligent document processing (IDP), or AI chatbot implementation.
  • Familiarity with data workflows, API integrations, and ETL pipelines.
  • Certification in Agile BA, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in legal tech or enterprise AI transformation is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
