The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative force to define the visual language of the next generation of anime fandom. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of culture and technology, creating scroll-stopping social assets and addictive interface loops for AnimeOshi. You will not just be designing; you will be shaping how fans experience and interact with the content they love. We operate at high speed and expect you to act as a creative engine using AI to accelerate your workflow. You will iterate through concepts in real-time and produce high-fidelity visuals that feel authentic to the community. This is a mission to blend deep fandom with cutting-edge tools to build something truly unique in the anime space.
What You Will Do
- AI-First Production: Execute a workflow that is approximately 85% AI generation and 15% human touch-up. You will use advanced prompting skills to generate video and image content that sets a new standard for speed and quality.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Master the art of short-form content by focusing on hooks, retention, and conversion. You will constantly analyze what works and adapt your output to maximize engagement across social platforms.
- Rapid Creative Iteration: Act as the team's creative engine by testing and refining concepts in real-time. You will turn abstract ideas into polished visual assets faster than traditional workflows allow, keeping us ahead of the curve.
