AI Content Writer

We are seeking an AI Content Specialist to analyze, write, and optimize content for our AI chatbots. In this role, you will analyze user conversation logs, identify points of confusion, and refine chatbot responses and knowledge sources to ensure logical, accurate, and seamless user experiences.

• Conversation & Flow Optimization: Analyze user chat logs to identify drop-off points or intent misfires. Redesign message paths and test updated responses in staging environments prior to deployment.
• Knowledge Base Operations: Draft, structure, and upload accurate information into the AI knowledge repository. Conduct regular audits to eliminate outdated or conflicting content.
• Localization & Intent Mapping: Interpret informal inputs (informal Malay, Manglish, local slang) and map them to correct structural intents while maintaining a culturally relevant tone.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and tech teams to flag technical bugs and track key operational metrics (resolution rates, intent accuracy, user satisfaction).

• Proven experience in Content Writing, UX Writing, Technical Writing, or Knowledge Management.
• Strong analytical ability to review user interactions and structure logical conversational flows.
• High proficiency in English, informal Malay, and Manglish/local slang.
• Excellent attention to detail regarding grammar, factual accuracy, and response formatting.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms, CRM databases, or intent-mapping tools is an advantage.
