Job Description

• Lead the technical solution of ME connected solution projects set up in PgP1/MOE1.
• Develop digital solutions using different platforms (low code platforms, data visualization software, web application development framework and so on) flexibly according to specific situations.
• Provide guidance/coaching/training to the key user and process owner in term of software/hardware/data architecture, workflow and related technological know-how.
• Work closely with ME global connected solution provider to translate the technical requirements, CI architecture, software algorithm and related configuration for smooth implementation at PgP1.
• Work closely with process owners to identify opportunities for leveraging company data.
• Support the key user as next level escalation after 1st level troubleshooting of ME connected solution projects unsuccessful.
• Troubleshooting and improve PgP1/MOE1 self-developed application.
• Any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in leadership and project management.
• Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing (equipment & processes).
• Strong team player with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in programming (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Able to work independently, align with team goals, and lead by example.
• Flexible, cost-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
