AI Governance Enablement Specialist, Group Data & Analytics, Group Strategy & Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Translate governance requirements and control objectives into practical processes, workflow requirements, tooling capabilities and guardrails across relevant stages of the AI lifecycle.
• Assist in identifying and quantifying potential risks across the AI lifecycle, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans that address operational, regulatory, and reputational considerations.
• Identify opportunities to integrate and automate governance requirements within existing processes, workflows, and enterprise platforms.
• Gather and document functional requirements for AI governance tooling.
• Coordinate the implementation, configuration, testing and continuous enhancement of tools and workflows used to operationalize governance requirements for AI.
• Maintain awareness of developments in AI governance technology, workflow automation, and guardrail practices, and assess their potential applicability to the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• Relevant experience in technology enablement, governance tooling, workflow implementation, or a related function.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably financial services, would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of AI and related concepts.
• Understanding of the need for internal controls and operationalization of responsible AI guardrails and AI governance tooling.
• Familiarity with AI governance tooling, workflow automation, and technology-enabled control implementation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud architecture, and system guardrails including Microsoft enterprise technology ecosystem and governance capabilities (e.g. Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform)
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
