Description

The AI Governance Specialist – Platforms & Controls will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure the ethical use of AI technologies across our platforms in Southeast Asia. This role requires a deep understanding of AI systems, compliance regulations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies to ensure responsible AI usage across platforms.
• Conduct risk assessments related to AI systems and recommend controls to mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and audit AI systems for compliance with governance policies and ethical guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on AI governance and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in AI governance and contribute to thought leadership within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in AI governance, data privacy, or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and others related to AI and data usage.
• Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and compliance audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
