Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven capabilities that help merchants increase revenue, reduce costs, and delight their customers. You will work at the intersection of data science, engineering, and design to build intelligent, practical features that translate measurable business outcomes for small business owners.
The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with technical fluency in AI, and has a deep commitment to understanding the real-world challenges of small business owners. Key Responsibilities
- Product Execution: Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and strategy to execution, launch, and iteration. This includes defining product vision, writing high-quality PRDs and technical specifications, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage merchant data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and prioritize initiatives based on measurable impact. A strong emphasis will be placed on outcome-driven development, where success is defined not by feature release but by adoption, performance improvement, and business results.
- Design User-Centric Experiences: Collaborate closely with UX designers to craft intuitive, trustworthy AI experiences that encourage adoption and build merchant growth. Translating complex AI capabilities into simple, usable workflows will be central to your role.
- Measure Success: Define and track clear success metrics, design experiments, and continuously iterate based on real-world usage and performance data.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and successful feature delivery.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct ongoing market research, user interviews and competitor analysis to ensure our AI capabilities remain differentiated, forward-looking, and aligned with evolving SME needs.
- Communicate Impact: Regularly share product updates, learnings, and results with internal stakeholders and merchants.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience or related technical role.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs
- Excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Nice-to-Have
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Hands-on experience in building AI applications
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or e-commerce domains
- Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development
