AI Product Manager (Game Development Tools)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the functional planning and iteration of AI tools products for game developers, involved in the entire product lifecycle management, including user research, industry analysis, product design, user experience design, and user operations.
2. Maintain close communication with the developer and user communities, understand customer needs, and implement effective requirements into the product. Continuously follow up on key product metrics and user feedback to iteratively optimize the product.
3. Follow up on project requirement analysis and implementation, able to collaborate effectively with data, algorithms, and engineering teams to drive product realization.
4. Continuously track the latest AI capabilities and explore and research the application of cutting-edge AI technologies in developer tools.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of product management experience.
2. Excellent product thinking with a keen insight into industry trends and market dynamics, strong logical reasoning, and a focus on user experience.
3. Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and solve problems in daily work, and the ability to collaborate with AI to complete data analysis and feature development.
4. Basic understanding of AI technologies, such as LLM, Agents, and RL principles.
5. Clear thinking with strong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in AI products or exploring new directions in AI-assisted game development is a plus.
2. Preferably possess complete project development and launch experience.
3. Passion for the gaming industry with familiarity in Unity or other game engines is a plus.
4. In-depth understanding of AIGC and multimodal models, with a passion for exploring new products and technologies.
