AI Software Developer

Job Description:

1. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including conceptual design, planning, requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, implementation, and support, demonstrating strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
2. Independently develop and deliver scalable technical solutions independently using assigned programming languages and frameworks while balancing quality, efficiency, and project deadlines.
3. Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks. Focus on balancing high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to project deadlines.
4. Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality software applications, ensuring proper technical documentation and adherence to best practices.
5. Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, maintain code quality, and accelerate delivery.
6. Quickly adapt to changing business requirements and project priorities, embracing an agile mindset and flexible approach.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and AI technologies. Apply cutting-edge techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance product offerings and solve complex business problems.
8. Support system testing, data migration, performance tuning, and deployment activities, proactively identifying potential risks or bottlenecks to meet project timelines.
9. Actively participate in technical design discussions, and effort estimation, providing practical solutions and constructive feedback.
10. Engage with stakeholders and team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements, collaborative problem-solving, and effective communication.
11. Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and participation in training initiatives, fostering a collaborative and non-rigid team environment.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization, driving efficiency and delivering value beyond immediate project scope.
13. Identify opportunities to automate and optimize machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and deployment practices to drive efficiency, reduce model training time, and improve overall model performance.

Job Requirements:

Strong experience in:

1. C#

2. Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly

3. Entity Framework Core

4. MS SQL Server and T-SQL

5. RESTful API development

Good understanding of:

1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

2. Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity)

3. Git version control
