We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Producer who combines strong storytelling ability with modern AI-assisted video production workflows to produce high-impact educational and marketing content.
This role is responsible for conceptualising, producing, editing, and optimising video content using both traditional and AI-powered tools to support the organisation's digital presence, marketing campaigns, and educational initiatives.
Role Summary
The AI Video Producer will lead the end-to-end video production process, integrating AI-assisted tools to accelerate editing, scripting, captioning, and content optimisation.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, and program teams to create engaging videos for social media, online education, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in video production, video editing, or multimedia content creation
- Strong proficiency in AI-assisted video production tools
Experience with professional editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
Experience using AI tools for video creation, such as:
- Runway
- Descript
- Pika
- Synthesia
- Canva AI
- ChatGPT or similar AI platforms
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills
- Experience producing content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously
- Understanding of content optimisation for social media algorithms
- Proficient in using AI tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

AI Video Production
- Produce high-quality video content using AI-assisted editing and generation tools
- Use AI tools for script generation, voiceovers, subtitles, and visual enhancements
- Integrate AI-based tools for faster editing, colour grading, and content adaptation
Video Editing & Content Development
- Assemble and edit raw footage into polished, compelling video content
- Trim, restructure, and optimise footage to improve pacing and narrative flow
- Add motion graphics, effects, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video impact
Creative Content Planning
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards
- Translate complex wellness concepts into engaging and accessible visual content
- Ensure all video outputs follow Ibnu Sina Wellness brand guidelines
Social Media Video Strategy
Produce content optimised for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Adapt long-form content into short-form viral video formats
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics
AI Workflow Innovation
- Identify and implement new AI tools and automation workflows
- Improve production speed through AI-assisted editing pipelines
- Experiment with emerging AI-generated video formats
