Location: Bandar Sri Damansara
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years Experience
What You'll Do:
- Manage and process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and shipment documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate with factories and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of sales-related data, including Customer Requirement Files (CRF), sales analysis, and Customer Service Portal (CSP)
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of sales operation documents and correspondence
- Manage Customer Sample Requests and Storeroom Samples Inventory, and handle Return Orders for customer complaints
- Communicate regularly with customers via email and other channels to ensure effective service delivery
- Schedule, arrange, and attend inter-departmental and intra-departmental meetings as required
- Monitor customer payments and coordinate related follow-ups
- Perform other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field; SPM with relevant experience may also be considered
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in administrative roles
- Strong human relation skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in record keeping and document management
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
