Role Description

This is a full time/part time hybrid role for an AIA Takaful Advisor, based in Ipoh with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field

Strong interest in financial planning, takaful, and personal development

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a positive mindset

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to learn, be coached, and grow in a performance-driven environment

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Passionate about educating and creating financial awareness in the community

Basic digital skills (social media, messaging apps, online tools) are an advantage

No prior experience in takaful required training and licensing provided.
