Job Responsibilities :

AIOps Engineer intern requires to support enhancement & troubleshooting on Fiuu IT operations. AIOps Engineer intern uses technologies such as automation bot, machine learning framework and data analysis to automate processes and develop tools to derive insights from data. Develop new approaches and technologies to improve backend, infrastructure, operational and finance team's day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Mainly assist in automation bot system enhancement and machine-learning model improvement and system pipeline optimization.

• Participating in development, troubleshooting and quick fixing tasks.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on big data insight for continuous model fine-tuning.

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software rollouts and system upgrades.

• Document technical procedures and processes.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in the IT industry.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced backend engineers, data engineers, infrastructure engineers and operational SMEs to tackle evolving challenges in the field of AI and Robotics technologies.

• Design and implement enterprise-level AI and Robotics platforms to improve IT operations.

• Perform adhoc-tasks that assigned by team lead or team manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in technology and IT support.

• Basic understanding of backend development, data science and robotics automation.

• Good to have atleast 2 of the following programming languages (framework) on backend engineering: PHP(Laravel), Python(Django), Data Science(TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
