As an Airgas Planner, you will be the orchestrator of cost-efficient production planning and supply chain activities for Airgas (GOX, GAN, LIN, LOX, LAR). You will bridge the gap between plant operations and customer demand, managing plant production with key stakeholders to align run modes and optimize our Total Landed Cost.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
- Strategic & Monthly Planning (S&OP): Act as the focal point for all Business Lines on supply chain matters, including logistic constraints, maintenance planning, and plant configurations. You will formulate optimization scenarios and match aggregate demand forecasts with supply
- Weekly Execution (S&OE): Review liquid forecast accuracy, aggregate gaseous demand, and run scenarios to ensure effective weekly planning
- Short-Term Optimization: Monitor daily production and distribution, ensuring industrial performance quotas are met and updated
- Spot Sales & Crisis Management: Drive decisions for competitor support and communicate availability to customers. In times of shortage, you will assist in defining plans to resume supply and assess financial impacts
- Continuous Improvement: Strive to streamline non-value-added tasks and standardize workflows across different geographies
Are you a MATCH
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Above 2 years of experience in plant operation and/or production planning and/or business operation
- Good at problem Analysis and solving skill
