Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via inbound calls and email. You will support customers using the client's online platform while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with online orders and account-related issues
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Work closely with team members to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Fluency in Korean (TOPIK 5 & up preferred) and English (B2- Fluent), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the skill to handle guest requests and concerns with diplomacy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
